Full Fibre is free from such narrow data restrictions and as such the fibre optic cabling can support the same speeds for both upload and downloading. You’ll get a Minimum Speed Guarantee when you sign up. If your speeds dip below that, we’ll run checks, optimise your connection, and even send an engineer if needed. If we can’t hit the guaranteed speed within 30 days, you can claim your money back and walk away penalty-free as we’re signed up to Ofcom’s Voluntary Codes of Practice on Broadband Speeds.
Absolutely! Once you request to port your number, we’ll email you requesting details about your most recent phone bill. We will send the porting request to your current provider once your broadband service with us is up and running. Just don’t cancel your current phone service until we confirm the port date—otherwise, you might lose your number. The process can take up to three weeks, so let’s get started early.
Yes, we provide Bridge Mode* service for free. If you plan to use your own router and require bridge mode, please let us know before installation as this will require a special modem to be installed. Otherwise, you will be charged £60 for the extra engineer visit.
